Non-member and PHASE registrations

As you browse through the activities listed here, you can add activities to your booking by typing the number of places into the appropriate box, and then clicking on the "add to booking" button. Continue browsing and adding additional activities to your order. When you are ready to review your professional learning booking, click on one of the "complete registration now" links.

Use this form for all Non-member ACHPER Professional Learning and PHASE registrations. Note: If you are a member of ACHPER, please use the ACHPER member booking form to take advantage of the special prices available to ACHPER members.

Presently, this booking system is only for bookings that provide a Purchase Order Number. If you wish to send payment for attendance at an activity at the same time as registration, please use this PDF booking form.

All transactions are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars. All credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation of registration must be received by ACHPER no later than 24 hours prior to a program to receive a full refund. An administration fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given or non-attendance occurs.
2. ACHPER reserves the right to cancel programs if necessary. In this instance, all registered participants will be advised and fees will be fully refunded.
3. If a presenter is unable to present, ACHPER will either organise an alternative presenter or redirect participants to an alternative session on the day.

PHASE Professional Learning (Code P) is funded (fully or partially) by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development for government teachers. Non-government teachers are able to attend most PHASE professional learning on a fee for service basis.

Note Country Teachers: ACHPER is willing to offer professional learning in country Victoria, on request, through ACHPER's consultancy service.
